Materials:
- 1 15.5 oz can cannelloni beans rinsed and dried
- 1 cup fresh parsley washed and dried
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil (may need more if mixture is thick)
- Generous pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
Process:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
- Plate and enjoy with veggies, pretzels, or pita chips.
