Parsley And Bean Dip

  • 1 15.5 oz can cannelloni beans rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup fresh parsley washed and dried
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (may need more if mixture is thick)
  • Generous pinch of salt
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Plate and enjoy with veggies, pretzels, or pita chips.
