Materials:
- 1 lb. Asparagus (try to find thicker ones)
- 4-5 bacon slices cut in half
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with some aluminum foil.
- In a bowl season the asparagus with some olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Take a 4-5 pieces of asparagus at a time and wrap them with the half cut bacon.
- Place them on your baking sheet and bake 25-30 minutes, flipping the bunches mid way.
- Plate and ENJOY!
