Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 25-30 minutes

Materials:

  • 1 lb. Asparagus (try to find thicker ones)
  • 4-5 bacon slices cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with some aluminum foil.
  2. In a bowl season the asparagus with some olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Take a 4-5 pieces of asparagus at a time and wrap them with the half cut bacon.
  4. Place them on your baking sheet and bake 25-30 minutes, flipping the bunches mid way.
  5. Plate and ENJOY!
