Sweet & Spicy Grilled Chicken

Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Cook time: 8-12 minutes

Materials:

  • 3 chicken breasts cut into large chunks
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Process:

  1. In a bowl combine all the above materials. Mix well and cover. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours. I prefer to do this overnight.
  2. Once ready grill 4-6 minutes on each side. Time may vary depending on thickness of your chicken.
  3. Remove from grill, plate and ENJOY!
