Prep time: 15-20 minutes
Cook time: 2-4 minutes
Materials:
- 1 cup chocolate eggs
- 11 oz butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup soy nut (or peanut) butter
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 12 oz. chow mein noodles
Process:
- Prep a large baking sheet with some parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl add in the butterscotch chips, soy nut butter and coconut oil.
- Microwave in 30 seconds increments until the mixture has melted and is combined.
- Add in the chow mein noodles and stir to coat each noodle in the mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate eggs.
- Using 2 spoons dallop desired sized nests onto your parchment sheet.
- Once done place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set quickly or set aside at room temperature for several hours to set.
- Plate and ENJOY!
