Materials:

• 1 box brownie mix (plus materials listed on the box)
• 2 cups shredded fillo dough
• 2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
• 1 cup pistachio cream
• 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Fillo Dough Process:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine the shredded fillo dough and melted butter.
3. Place the dough in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes stirring every 4-5 minutes. Once the dough is golden they are ready.
4. Place the dough in a clean bowl and combine with the pistachio cream.

Assembly Process:

1. Preheat the oven to what’s written on the brownie mix.
2. Line a square pan (9×9) with some parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper and set aside.
3. Mix the brownie batter according to the directions on the box.
4. Pour half the mixture into the pan and smooth it out evenly.
5. Top with the prepared fillo dough and the semisweet chocolate chips.
6. Pour the remaining batter over the top.
7. Bake according to the box instructions.
8. Let cool completely, cut, plate and ENJOY!
