Materials:
- 1 lb raw shrimp deveined and peeled
- 1 lb pasta of your choice
- 4 shallots cut into half moons
- 4 garlic cloves diced
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth (I used water and a bullion cube)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter cut into slices
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (preferred) or 1 tbs dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a 9×13 inch casserole dish add the pasta of your choice and top with your raw shrimp.
- Sprinkle with garlic and shallots.
- Pour the chicken broth, white wine and lemon juice over the top.
- Season with red pepper flakes, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Place the slices of butter over the top.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are fully cooked through and the pasta is al dente.
