Shrimp Scampi (One Pan Wonder)


  • 1 lb raw shrimp deveined and peeled
  • 1 lb pasta of your choice
  • 4 shallots cut into half moons
  • 4 garlic cloves diced
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth (I used water and a bullion cube)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cut into slices
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (preferred) or 1 tbs dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a 9×13 inch casserole dish add the pasta of your choice and top with your raw shrimp.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic and shallots.
  4. Pour the chicken broth, white wine and lemon juice over the top.
  5. Season with red pepper flakes, parsley, salt and pepper.
  6. Place the slices of butter over the top.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are fully cooked through and the pasta is al dente.
