Materials:
- 1 corn cob (kernels removed)
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno diced
- 1 Granny Smith apple chopped
- 1/4 of a red onion diced
- 1 bunch cilantro diced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- In a mixing bowl combine all the top ingredients. Mix well and ENJOY right away or refrigerate and ENJOY later.
