Corn Salsa

  • 1 corn cob (kernels removed)
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno diced
  • 1 Granny Smith apple chopped
  • 1/4 of a red onion diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro diced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the top ingredients. Mix well and ENJOY right away or refrigerate and ENJOY later.
