Pumpkin Bread

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 40-45 minutes


  • 1 ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 ¼ cup flour sifted
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a loaf pan with some parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl add in the pumpkin, eggs, sugar, orange extract and butter. Using a hand held whisk, mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Add in the sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
  5. Bake 40-45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Set aside to cool and ENJOY!
