Kielbasa & Veggie Skewers

Materials:

  • 1 Kielbasa link cut into 1-2 inch pieces
  • 1 onion roughly chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms halved or quartered depending on size
  • 1 pepper of your choice chopped roughly
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tbsp. smoked paprika
  • ¾ tbsp. marjoram
  • ¼ tbsp. dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Soak your wooden skewers in cold water overnight.
  2. Start to assemble your skewers by placing the kielbasa, onion, mushroom, and pepper on the skewer. Continue doing this until your skewer is full and all are completed.
  3. In a small mixing bowl combine the vegetable oil, smoked paprika, marjoram, thyme, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix well and brush over the kielbasa and veggies.
  5. Place the skewers on a heated grill and cook until veggies are cooked to your liking.
  6. Remove, plate and ENJOY!
