Materials:
- 1 Kielbasa link cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 1 onion roughly chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms halved or quartered depending on size
- 1 pepper of your choice chopped roughly
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ tbsp. smoked paprika
- ¾ tbsp. marjoram
- ¼ tbsp. dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Soak your wooden skewers in cold water overnight.
- Start to assemble your skewers by placing the kielbasa, onion, mushroom, and pepper on the skewer. Continue doing this until your skewer is full and all are completed.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the vegetable oil, smoked paprika, marjoram, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and brush over the kielbasa and veggies.
- Place the skewers on a heated grill and cook until veggies are cooked to your liking.
- Remove, plate and ENJOY!
