Materials:
- 3 cups corn kernels (frozen, canned or fresh)
- 2 cups milk
- 4 X-large eggs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled) (additional needed for greasing pan)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1tbsp. vanilla extract
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a square casserole dish with some unsalted butter. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the milk, eggs, flour, unsalted butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
- Fold in the corn kernels.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and bake for 70 minutes or until the mixture has set fully.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes to cool slightly, plate and ENJOY!
