Corn Pudding

Prep time: 10-15 minutes

Cook time: 70 minutes

Materials:

  • 3 cups corn kernels (frozen, canned or fresh)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 X-large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled) (additional needed for greasing pan)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1tbsp. vanilla extract

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a square casserole dish with some unsalted butter. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the milk, eggs, flour, unsalted butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
  3. Fold in the corn kernels.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared dish and bake for 70 minutes or until the mixture has set fully.
  5. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to cool slightly, plate and ENJOY!
