Materials:
- 2 cups strawberry Greek yogurt
- 8-10 large strawberries chopped
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. neutral oil
Process:
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the yogurt, honey and chopped strawberries,
- Mix well and dallop desired mounds onto baking sheet lined with some parchment paper.
- Place in the freezer until fully frozen, about 3-4 hours.
- In a microwave safe bowl add in the semi-sweet chocolate and oil.
- Heat at 30 second intervals (mixing after each 30 seconds), until chocolate has melted.
- Dip the frozen mounds in the chocolate and place back into the freezer.
- Remove from the freezer when ready to eat and ENJOY!
