Soy Sauce Drumsticks

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 90 minutes

Materials:

  • ½ tbsp. Marjoram
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. Garlic powder
  • Salt/ pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Poultry seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 5-6 tbsp. Veg oil
  • 2 lbs drumsticks

Process:

  1. Mix together the marjoram, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  2. Coat each drumsticks with the sauce and place in either a mixing bowl or large ziploc bag. Keep in the fridge for a minimum of 3-4 hours or overnight.
  3. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake at 380 degrees F for 90 minutes.
  4. Let rest for a few minutes, plates and ENJOY!
