Materials:
- ½ tbsp. Marjoram
- 1 ½ tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tbsp. Onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp. Garlic powder
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 tbsp. Poultry seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
- 5-6 tbsp. Veg oil
- 2 lbs drumsticks
Process:
- Mix together the marjoram, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Coat each drumsticks with the sauce and place in either a mixing bowl or large ziploc bag. Keep in the fridge for a minimum of 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake at 380 degrees F for 90 minutes.
- Let rest for a few minutes, plates and ENJOY!
