Materials:
- 2 large chicken breasts cut into 2 cm (about) thick slices
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp sesame seed oil
- 1 chili pepper chopped roughly
- 3-4 garlic cloves diced or grated
Process:
- In a small mixing bowl combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili pepper and garlic. Mix well to combine.
- Place the chicken in a bowl and coat with the marinade.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or maximum overnight.
- When ready, grill 4-5 minutes on each side. Time may vary depending on thickness of chicken.
- Plate and ENJOY!
