Sweet, salty & spicy chicken

Materials:

  • 2 large chicken breasts cut into 2 cm (about) thick slices
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 chili pepper chopped roughly
  • 3-4 garlic cloves diced or grated

Process:

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili pepper and garlic. Mix well to combine.
  2. Place the chicken in a bowl and coat with the marinade.
  3. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or maximum overnight.
  4. When ready, grill 4-5 minutes on each side. Time may vary depending on thickness of chicken.
  5. Plate and ENJOY!
