Cook time: 55-60 minutes
Potato Materials:
- 2 lbs. potatoes of your choice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
Chicken Materials:
- 6-8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Additional Materials:
- 1 onion (quartered)
- 8-10 garlic cloves (left whole, just peeled)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil (drizzle over top)
Process:
- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F and lightly grease a large sheet pan. Set aside until needed.
- In a mixing bowl combine all of the potato ingredients. Mix well to make sure each potato is coated fully with all the seasonings. Set aside.
- Place the drumsticks on the pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with the remaining ingredients. Turn the drumsticks making sure to coat all sides.
- Add the onion and peeled garlic cloves to the sheet pan along with the seasoned potatoes.
- Drizzle with some olive oil and bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour, turning over mid way.
- Plate and ENJOY!
