Materials:
- 6 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Biscoff spread
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
Process:
- In a mixing bowl add in the the Chex cereal and set aside.
- In a measuring cup or small mixing bowl add in the semi-sweet chocolate, Biscoff spread and coconut oil.
- Microwave at 30 second increments (stirring after each 30 seconds), until melted.
- Pour the mixture over the Chex mix and mix carefully to coat in the chocolate.
- To make things easier pour the chocolate covered cereal into a large Ziploc bag.
- Pour the powdered sugar into the bag over the cereal.
- Seal the bag tightly and mix to coat the cereal in powdered sugar.
- Add in the M&M’s and mix.
- Keep in the bag to keep fresh and pour into serving bowls when ready to ENJOY!
