Materials:
- 1 lb. pork chops
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 3 garlic cloves diced
- 1/4 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Process:
- In a mixing bowl add in the tomato sauce, vegetable oil, honey, mustard, garlic, chili flakes, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Taking the sliced pork chops use a meat mallet to thin out the chops. You want about 1/4 inch slices.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl start to layer the pork with the marinade making sure to cover the pork generously with it.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for a minimum of 12 hours.
- When ready place on a heated grill (about 350 degrees or so) and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- Remove, let rest and ENJOY!
