Ground Pork

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 10-15 minutes

Rest time: 12 hours

Materials:

  • 1 lb. pork chops
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves diced
  • 1/4 tsp. red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Process:

  1. In a mixing bowl add in the tomato sauce, vegetable oil, honey, mustard, garlic, chili flakes, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Taking the sliced pork chops use a meat mallet to thin out the chops. You want about 1/4 inch slices.
  3. In a medium sized mixing bowl start to layer the pork with the marinade making sure to cover the pork generously with it.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for a minimum of 12 hours.
  5. When ready place on a heated grill (about 350 degrees or so) and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
  6. Remove, let rest and ENJOY!
