Materials:
- 1 link Polish Kielbasa
- 2 bell peppers roughly chopped
- 1 large onion roughly chopped
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Process:
- In a small mixing bowl combine the honey, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Mix well and set aside.
- Cut the kielbasa into 2 inch pieces, scoring it on the top and bottom.
- Add into a mixing bowl along with the chopped onion and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Skewer the kielbasa and veggies.
- Place on your preheated grill. Cooking times will vary depending on your grill and of course your cooking preferences.
- Coat the skewers in the sweet and spicy sauce a few minutes before removing from the grill.
- Plate and ENJOY!
