Sweet & Spicy Kielbasa Skewers

Prep time: 15-20 minutes

Materials:

  • 1 link Polish Kielbasa
  • 2 bell peppers roughly chopped
  • 1 large onion roughly chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Process:

  1. In a small mixing bowl combine the honey, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Cut the kielbasa into 2 inch pieces, scoring it on the top and bottom.
  3. Add into a mixing bowl along with the chopped onion and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Skewer the kielbasa and veggies.
  6. Place on your preheated grill. Cooking times will vary depending on your grill and of course your cooking preferences.
  7. Coat the skewers in the sweet and spicy sauce a few minutes before removing from the grill.
  8. Plate and ENJOY!
